1 1/2	tb	Fruit juice concentrate
2	tb	Molasses/honey
3/4	ts	Salt
		Vital Gluten***see below
3/4	c	7 grain cereal
3	c	Whole wheat flour
1 1/2	tb	Powdered buttermilk
1 1/2	ts	Yeast
1/2	c	Sunflower seeds

Use 1-1/2 to 3 TBL Vital Gluten, optional.
